All of our appraisers are well trained and this requires continuing education to maintain a professional designation. We also regularly attend FNMA underwriting seminars to stay in tune with secondary market guidelines to minimize problems with mortgage underwriters.
We know and understand the importance of a quick turn-around time and accuracy in the appraisal process. Our standard total turn around time is 3 to 5 working days (7 calendar days) from the receipt of order. If there are delays beyond our control, we advise the client immediately. Our schedule can be accelerated in special circumstances when requested by the client where the need arises.
